Lost Medicare card: what to do

Request a replacement through your Medicare online account or the Express Plus Medicare app. While you wait, you can use the digital Medicare card in the app or myGov wallet. If it was stolen with other ID, also protect your identity.

  4. If stolen with other documents, contact IDCARE and the police.
