Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The dates of birth, assets and income figures you enter are never sent to us or stored on a server. We hold no Centrelink data, and we cannot see your pension details.

Information you enter into calculators
Every calculation on this site happens in your own browser. Your date of birth, assets, income and relationship status are used to produce a result on screen and nothing more. We do not receive them, log them, or store them.
On calculator pages, your answers are written into the page address so a result can be bookmarked or shared. That address stays on your device unless you choose to share it. If you share a link, anyone with it can see the figures it contains — so take care before sending a scenario to someone else.
Anonymous calculator counts
When a calculator page opens and when an answer is first changed, the site adds one to an anonymous counter for that calculator, stored in our database. Only the calculator name, the count and the time of the last use are kept — never your answers, IP address or any identifier.
Questions you type into the Ask pages
The text of questions asked on the Ask pages is sent to our AI provider to produce an answer, and on the Philippine Ask page to a web search limited to official government sites. We do not store your conversation. Please don't type personal details such as names, reference numbers or tax file numbers.
Standard web information
Like any website, our hosting provider processes basic technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used for security and reliability, not to build a profile of you.
Analytics and advertising
Where we use analytics, it is limited to aggregate measures such as which pages are read and how people arrive. Where advertising appears, it is clearly labelled and never placed inside a calculator. Advertising partners may set their own cookies; you can control these through your browser settings.
Cookies
This site does not require cookies to function. Any cookies present come from analytics or advertising partners, and blocking them will not stop the guides or calculators working.
If you email contact@publicservicesdesk.com, we keep your message only as long as needed to answer it or to record a correction. Please do not send us Customer Reference Numbers, tax file numbers or other identifying government details — we do not need them and cannot act on them.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it by emailing the address above. Because we do not collect calculator inputs, in most cases the only information we hold is an email you sent us.
