ABN entitlement and format check
Two separate tools: a questionnaire on whether you're likely entitled to an ABN, and a format/checksum check for an 11-digit ABN. A passing checksum only means the number is well formed — use the official ABN Lookup to see whether it's active and who it belongs to.
